Nurgül Kutlu Doğar was born in Germany in 1981. She studied law at Kocaeli University. She completed her legal internship in Istanbul. In 2006 she received her law license. She was employed as a lawyer in various law firms especially in real estate law. She completed her master's degree in Kocaeli University in 2010. The topic of her master’s thesis is “The exercise of the right of pre-emption”. In 2022, she get her doctorate at the University of Kocaeli in the field of condominium law. Her doctoral thesis titled "Management Plan in Collective Buildings". She speaks English and German. Dr. Nurgül Kutlu Doğar teaches in the Faculty of Law at Hasan Kalyoncu University in the Department of Civil Law.
